Thanks so much for the opportunity to try the new Muscle Jel ! Someone in my family always seems to ne pulling or straining something. Most muscle rubs SAY they have no order and after you use them you can smell them for hours, sometimes even longer. I am especially sensitive to smells when I am getting a migraine or already have one. My neck muscles are usually very tight and sore at this time. I cannot use most muscle rubs at this time although they are helpful. Usually the smell is so strong and lasts for so long that ai become sick to my stomach. I tried Muscle Jel on a sore shoulder when I did not have a migraine and was happily surprised. It was a more effective than many muscle rubs have been (Flexall, IcyHot, etc....) and after a monent or so the smell was gone.
So I went ahead and used it when I got a migraine. It helped loosen up my shoulders and neck enough so that I was able to take a lower dose of my migraine medicine !!! Without something to help the muscles unkink it is rare for my migraines to go away in less than 24 hours. This has meant that ai needed to combine powerful migraine medication with powerful muscle relaxers. This combination helps the migraine but makes me fee groggy for a couple of days. Using Muscle Jel I was able to avoid using the muscle relaxer and get rid of the migraine without spending several days feeling groggy !!! I couldn't believe it !!! It has been 10 years since that happended !!!
Thank you so much for introducing me to this incredible product !! It is going to change how I treat my frequent migraines AND improve the overall quality of my life - no more feeling like I am in a fog for several days a week, and no more 2-3 day migraines because I cannot make my neck and back loosen up !
