ONLINE SHIPPING POLICY

Online orders cannot be shipped outside of the U.S.

Online orders can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. Shipping costs are based on live lookup, taking into account package weight, size and location of shipped goods.

RETURN POLICY

WATER-JEL Technologies does not accept returns. If a separate agreement is reached in writing about returns, the following applies:

Any product returns must be authorized by WATER-JEL and a Return Authorization (RA) form and RA number must be obtained prior to the return. All authorized returns should be shipped, freight paid, F.O.B. destination as specified by WATER-JEL. Returns shipped freight collect will not be accepted. Returned goods may be subject to a restocking charge. WATER-JEL will invoice or credit buyer for appropriate adjustments resulting from returns, and buyer may not make any deduction from invoiced amounts except upon receipt of such adjustments.

DAMAGES/SHORT CLAIMS

WATER-JEL Technologies does not accept deductions for the destruction of damaged products.

Shipments are double-checked before dispatch. The carrier is responsible for damage or loss in transit. Claims must be filed within 15 days of receipt of shipment.

NOTE: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with any other terms or conditions separately made applicable in writing by WATER-JEL to particular products and/or services, such separately applicable terms and conditions shall govern with respect to such conflict.
