Mike Lorelli, CEO & Chief Passionate Officer
Mike Lorelli's 30-year career spans a wide range of consumer products and services, and
Business-to-Business (B2B) categories, with responsibilities for both domestic and international units. His years as a line-operating manager have largely been with Fortune 100 companies, including PepsiCo (division President, twice) and Bristol Myers Squibb. For the past 13 years,
as CEO, he has led aggressive growth strategies for private equity firms. Dr. John Rutledge, Chairman of Rutledge Capital, will say: “I would invade China with Mike alone in a rubber boat.”
Mike holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from New York University, and an MBA in Marketing from NYU’s Stern Graduate School of Business. He has traveled to 54 countries, is an avid runner, claims to excel at no sport, and is an active private pilot, former member of YPO and author of the children’s best-seller Traveling Again, Dad? with profits donated to children’s charities. Mike is a Director of publicly traded iMedicor (Ticker: VMCI) and WaterJel.

Herb Baer, Executive Vice President
North America
Herb Baer joined WATER-JEL Technologies as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer in September 2008, bringing more than 25 years of senior marketing, sales and general management experience in working for consumer products companies. He was later promoted to Executive Vice President, North America, with responsibility for the North American P&L, including Marketing, Sales, and
US Operations.
Prior to joining WATER-JEL, Herb spent many years with Fujifilm USA, where he held VP-level marketing and sales roles across a wide section of channels. He began his tenure at Fuji when it was only a small company with limited awareness and distribution in the U.S. One of his earlier projects was to lead the launch of the first disposable camera in the U.S.
Over the years, Herb was responsible for the marketing and sales strategies, channel programs and customer relationships that built both the disposable camera and film categories in the U.S. into $200 million-plus businesses by identifying consumer needs and creating products to match. He eventually became the Vice President and General Manager for Fujifilm’s $550 million Consumer Products Division with responsibilities for all sales, marketing and operations, and leading it to hold the majority share in several photo-related consumer product categories in the U.S.
Early in Herb's career, he worked in the sports industry, as Director of Marketing for the NFL's World League, later named NFL Europe, and for Drew University and the NY Cosmos professional soccer team in marketing and communication roles. Herb holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Kinetics and Economics from Rutgers University and a Masters Degree in Sports Management and Marketing from Adelphi University.

Mark Lait, Managing Director, WATER-JEL International
Mark joined the company in 1992 as the WATER-JEL distributor for the UK and Ireland; his geographic responsibility increased in 2003 to all international business. Prior to 1992, Mark was
a director of a number of medium-sized medical companies with manufacturing bases in UK, U.S. and Australia. With a background in medical engineering, HND MEng, he has been responsible for the design and development of unique technologies used in pediatric / neonatal care and the treatment of thermal injuries.
Based at WATER-JEL’S UK office, Mark is multilingual and has lived and worked in several countries, contributing to his extensive international business experience.

Jim Geraghty, Vice President, Global Supply Chain
Jim Geraghty joined WATER-JEL Technologies as Vice President, Global Supply Chain in
January 2010, bringing more than 20 years of supply chain and manufacturing experience from
the pharmaceutical, medical services and chemical manufacturing industries.
Prior to joining WATER-JEL Jim spent 7 years with Par Pharmaceuticals holding the position of Director, Logistics/Supply Chain. Jim optimized Par's global supply chain improving service, reducing costs and maintaining FDA and Customs compliance. Prior to Par, Jim was employed by Barr Laboratories as the Director of Manufacturing and Logistics. In his role, Jim had responsibility for 4 manufacturing plants in NY and NJ and 2 warehouse/distribution centers in NJ and VA. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Economics from William Paterson College and a MBA in Finance and Production Management from Rutgers University.
John McAndris, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
John McAndris joined WATER-JEL Technologies as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in
June 2010, bringing more than 20 years of senior financial experience in both domestic and international roles within the Consumer Products, Pharmaceutical and Transportation and
Logistics industries.
Prior to joining WATER-JEL, John spent 14 years with Pfizer/Wyeth Consumer Healthcare where he held numerous positions within Divisional and Corporate finance. Most recently, he served as Senior Director International Finance for the Consumer Healthcare Business, responsible for managing the overall financial operations within the Latin America and Asia Pacific regions. In this role, John oversaw the establishment of financial systems and controls as well as the development of strategies enabling the dramatic growth of brands such as Centrum, Advil, Robitussin, and Chapstick.
Prior to this role, he served as VP and CFO of Solgar Vitamins Inc., a division of Wyeth Consumer Healthcare. Prior to Pfizer/Wyeth John served as a Corporate Controller for Celadon Group, Inc., a Transportation and Logistic Company listed on the NYSE. John began his career with the Global Accounting Firm Ernst & Young, LLP. John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Villanova University and is a CPA.

Judith Domanski, Director of Marketing
Judy, who joined the company in April 2000, has more than 25 years of consumer marketing experience in cosmetics, toiletries and personal products. During her years at WATER-JEL, she
has brought a new professionalism to the company in graphic direction and in the repositioning and repackaging of Water-Jel Sterile Burn Dressings and first aid products. She has led significant strategic marketing efforts, including the production of a science-based product monograph and new ad campaign.
Prior to joining WATER-JEL, she was Director of Marketing for Tsumura International, responsible for the Pierre Cardin, Royal Copenhagen and Vita Bath brands. Her previous background includes Renaissance Cosmetics and MEM Company, manufacturer of English Leather, Love’s Baby Soft and Tinkerbell children’s toiletries. In those positions, she was responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing, merchandising, advertising, product development and packaging programs.

Joyce Stempkowski, Marketing Manager
Joyce Stempkowski joined WATER-JEL Technologies as Marketing Manager in May 2011; she brings experience from several industries, pet industry, durables and textiles. Having worked for Hartz Mountain, the largest pet manufacturer in New Jersey, Joyce managed the Dog & Cat Toys and Accessories category and previously worked within the flea & tick, bird & small animal as well as the fish & reptile categories. Joyce also managed large corporate initiatives: the Re-launch of the Hartz website, national FSI program, and new product introductions.
Joyce furthered her career at American Tack & Hardware, managing the Seasonal category of outdoor lawn and garden products where she created trend-forward matching collections for home décor. Later Joyce moved to All-Star Marketing where she was the Brand Manager for Snuggie the Blanket with Sleeves an As Seen On TV product that transformed infomercial products into retail products. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Montclair State University.

Paul Slot, Northern Regional Sales Director
Paul, who joined WATER-JEL Technologies in July 1997, has more than 20 years of sales, strategy, and marketing experience in the Business-to-Business, industrial, medical and graphics sectors.
Prior to joining the company, he was the Marketing Manager for Moore Medical, a $200 million direct marketer, where he was responsible for developing and executing direct marketing, product and sales support plans for the company’s Occupational Health & Safety markets. Paul has also served as Vice President General Branch Manager for Patrick Media Group, a $100 million out-of-home advertising company. He also gained experience in distribution and manufacturers’ rep management while at Gerber Scientific Products as a District Sales Manager.

Edward Bellerose, Western Regional Sales Manager
Edward Bellerose, Western Regional Sales Manager, who joined WATER-JEL Technologies in November 2008, has more than 30 years of sales, sales management and sales training experience. His skill set spans safety, first aid and hand protection in the B2B, Industrial, Safety, Welding and fire protection sectors. Prior to joining WATER-JEL, Ed was the Western Regional Sales Manager for Marigold Industrial, a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of hand products with sales in excess of $150 million. Ed has also held sales and sales training positions with such industry leaders as North Safety and American Optical Safety (Aearo Corp.) in North America. He also has the distinction of being a QSSP (Qualified Safety Sales Professional), a program supported by ISEA and SEDA.

Marc Sconzo, Medical Sales Director
Marc Sconzo brings 20 years of clinical, sales training, economic sales training, and sales management with senior sales management team roles at leading companies such as Smith & Nephew, Synthes, Auric Hearing Systems, and Hydrocision to the team. He has significant business development and marketing experience in emerging technologies along with multiple product line brand launches. He has been responsible for the development and implementation of various economic sales programs at various corporations.
At Smith & Nephew Marc held the role of international sales trainer traveling around the world implementing the business strategy in various market segments of other countries. He also held the role of National Team Leader and North East Regional manager. As for Auric Hearing Systems Marc held the role of Sr. Vp of Sales and Marketing, at Hydrocision he held the roles of North East Regional Sales Manager along with Director of New Business Development. Marc also holds a number of achievement awards in various aspects of sales and training. Marc earned his B.S. in Athletic Training and a concentration in Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy from California State Poly Technical University.

Patrick Hearn, Medical Sales Rep
Patrick Hearn joined Water-Jel Technologies in September 2011 as Medical Sales Representative, bringing more than 15 years of Sales, Marketing and Sales Management experience in the Healthcare and Medical Industry.
Following 12 years in the reprocessing field, Patrick started Hearn Medical Inc. successfully representing medical products in Oncology, GI labs, Surgery and Sterile Processing Departments. In 2008, Patrick re-entered the reprocessing market with SRI surgical as an Account Executive selling the reprocessing of gowns, additional textiles and instruments.
Patrick was an intricate part in the introduction of reprocessing single use medical devices in the state of Florida as well as nationally. During his 12 year tenure with Vanguard Medical Concepts/Ascent Healthcare Solutions, Patrick worked at the corporate level as Director of Cardiovascular Sales and Corporate Trainer. He was an Account Manager and Account Executive throughout the state of Florida winning Outstanding Sales and Outstanding Sales Growth awards multiple times.

Joe DaCorta, Vice President Federal Sector
Joe DaCorta joined WATER-JEL in 2009. He is a retired Navy Medical Service Corps officer with more than 30 years experience in public Bio-Medical Research, Development, and Acquistion. While in uniform, he was responsible for identifying and evaluating technologies relating to bio-defense, combat injury and environmental health challenges. Joe has broad experience in federal acquisition procedures, technology development and formations of public and private partnerships. He holds a MHA in Health Care Administration from Baylor University, and holds several Defense Acquisition Certifications. His interests include his daughters, public health policy, kayaking, sailing and fishing.

Robin Latchney, Customer Service Manager
Robin joined WATER-JEL more than 17 years ago. In that time, her area of responsibility has grown tremendously. She began her career here as Accounts Receivable Clerk and quickly moved up the ranks, expanding her proficiency to include credit and collections. As Customer Service Manager, she now oversees all of these areas. Robin prides herself in her commitment to offering superior customer service, while continually looking for ways to improve and meet the customers’ expectations. She provides consistent and reliable expertise regarding the Water-Jel product line. Here at WATER-JEL, customers are a top priority. Prior to joining the WATER-JEL team, she was an Accounting Clerk with a fashion catalog company located in New Jersey.

Karin Jordan, Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs - Medical Devices
Karin, who joined the company in June 2010, is a Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs professional. She brings over 20 years of success in establishing and managing international quality, compliance, regulatory and ISO systems for diverse markets, including medical devices, cosmetics, over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, food, automotive, and consumer products.
Karin is orignally from West Germany where she was earned a degree in Business Economy and Quality Engineering. In 1994, after a successful career start with Cherry Mikroschalter, she moved to the United States where she broadened her compliance scope to include global government regulations. Over the past 10 years, prior to joining WATER-JEL, Karin led the Quality, Regulatory and Compliance functions at The Vitamin Shoppe and Energizer Personal Care. Karin has held similar leadship roles with Knight Marketing, Lumex Medical, and Playtex Products and has experience working with the FDA and other regulatory agencies in OTC drugs, Medical Devices and Cosmetics.

Janet Ryan, Manager Regulatory Affairs - OTC
Janet Ryan joined the company in March 2011 as Manager Regulatory Affairs-OTC and has over 25 years of experience in global regulatory affairs. Prior to joining the company Janet was the Regulatory and Legal Affairs Manager for North America for Reckitt Benckiser, a global leader in consumer and pharmaceutical markets. She has also held positions for Playtex Family Products, Energizer Personal Care and Hain Celestial Inc.
She has a proven track record in providing regulatory solutions on the development of a wide spectrum of products including OTC drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, professional infection control, and a variety of consumer products. Her area of experience includes knowledge of FDA, CPSC, FTC, USDA, EPA, EU and Canadian regulations.
Janet has also been a consultant and has provided strategic regulatory advice on the development of a topical natural botanical product derived from an aquatic plant source and has also provided regulatory advice on the development of claims for natural and organic skin care products. Her areas of expertise are labeling, claims substantiation, advertising, ingredient and product global compliance.
